Jacqueline brings her 35 years of fitness fun and experience back to FTF. From teenage-hood to adult-hood, movement and exercising have been a consistent component in her life. It has helped her deal with life’s ups and downs while raising her five children. Her body and mind have benefited from this commitment. Now, from her new home in Orillia, she is enjoying the next phase of her life and is excited to be back on the team with energetic online classes.
Passionate and energetic, Alex is a Group Fitness Instructor with over 5 years of experience teaching muscle conditioning, boot camp and HIIT classes. She loves motivating and pushing people to achieve their results. You will sweat, you will laugh, and you will feel great!
Jenni has been teaching fitness for over 20 years. She loves to make fitness fun adding a bit of disco or salsa here and there to keep things shaking! A certified Can Fit Pro Fitness Instructor, Jenni enjoys teaching step, cardio and muscle conditioning to the amazing FTF clients.
With a BA granted in dance (2008-2012) from Universidad de Las Americas Puebla, Mexico, and 10+ years of experience, Paloma has performed in Mexico, Cuba, USA, and Canada in different dance styles; contemporary, ballet, jazz, musical theater, and Latin rhythms. Paloma immersed in the dance fitness world in 2017 and got certified with the Lotte Berk Technique and Fit 78 Method. Paloma has been teaching Latin Cardio Fit as one of her signature classes for over a year. She works with the network Dancing with Parkinson’s as a dance instructor, Paloma also is a part of a dance company and a dance coach for the Olympium Rhythmic Gymnastics Club in Etobicoke.
