Michele Topola

Michele Topola is a certified Pilates Instructor (mat & reformer), CanFitPro Personal Trainer, Aerialist and DVRT (dynamic variable resistance training) Coach.  Michele has more than 25 years of training in ballet and various dance forms.  It is her love of the Art of Movement that has cemented a lifelong practice in health and fitness, strengthening the mind through the body and soul. A proud member of the FTF team since October 2015, Michele believes we are all artists and is inspired by her clients every day

Laura Konantz

Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor Specialist with Can Fit Pro.  Completed Yoga Teacher Training with 200 hours as well as Mat Pilates at Body Harmonics.  In 2011, Laura was inducted into the Etobicoke Sports of Fame for long distance running.

Alex Safarova

Passionate and energetic, Alex is a Group Fitness Instructor with over 5 years of experience teaching muscle conditioning, boot camp and HIIT classes. She loves motivating and pushing people to achieve their results. You will sweat, you will laugh, and you will feel great!

Jenni Bolton

Jenni has been teaching fitness for over 20 years. She loves to make fitness fun adding a bit of disco or salsa here and there to keep things shaking! A certified Can Fit Pro Fitness Instructor, Jenni enjoys teaching step, cardio and muscle conditioning to the amazing FTF clients.

Alessia Scauzillo

Alessia is a CanFitPro Certified Personal Trainer. After 7+ years working in finance and enjoying fitness personally to keep her body strong & relieve stress, Alessia decided to take her passion for fitness to the next level! She teaches a combination of strength & cardio group fitness classes while balancing her full-time finance job. Daughter of former avid FTF member, the late Angela Scauzillo, Alessia empowers people to keep their bodies & minds strong through fitness. Alessia keeps her energy high, her workouts fun, and you can’t help but feel great after class with her!

Dina Prokofyeva

Dina is a Canfitpro certified Personal Trainer and DTS certified Low Back Pain Specialist, having over 15 years of researching and practicing different kinds of resistance training, studying exercise anatomy and physiology. Dina is passionate about functional training and restoring body movement patterns. She believes that regardless of age and level of physical condition, there are ways to achieve the wonder of free movement and wellness.

Paloma Olan

With a BA granted in dance (2008-2012) from Universidad de Las Americas Puebla, Mexico, and 10+ years of experience, Paloma has performed in Mexico, Cuba, USA, and Canada in different dance styles; contemporary, ballet, jazz, musical theater, and Latin rhythms. Paloma immersed in the dance fitness world in 2017 and got certified with the Lotte Berk Technique and Fit 78 Method. Paloma has been teaching Latin Cardio Fit as one of her signature classes for over a year. She works with the network Dancing with Parkinson’s as a dance instructor, Paloma also is a part of a dance company and a dance coach for the Olympium Rhythmic Gymnastics Club in Etobicoke.
