A Word About Safety

Programs will be geared to your fitness level as much as possible. Please monitor how you feel during any fitness activity.

We recommend you wear light-weight clothing and proper footwear is mandatory. All participants will be required to complete a questionnaire and to sign an Informed Consent and Release form prior to starting a fitness program. Click here to download a copy of the questionnaire.

Participants are advised to consult with a doctor before starting any fitness program.

 

Holiday Closings

Canadian Fitness Professionals Conference – 2nd Weekend in August FRI-SUN annual closure. Mandatory for all FTF instructors to attend the conference in order to continue to maintain the high standards that we provide to our loyal clients. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience‎.

Fitness that Fits will be closed and classes cancelled on the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day (Jan. 1)
  • Family Day (Feb.)
  • Good Friday & Easter Sunday
  • Victoria Day (May)
  • Canada Day (July 1)
  • Civic Holiday (Aug.)
  • Labour Day (Sept.)
