A Word About Safety

Programs will be geared to your fitness level as much as possible. Please monitor how you feel during any fitness activity.

We recommend you wear light-weight clothing and proper footwear is mandatory. All participants will be required to complete a questionnaire and to sign an Informed Consent and Release form prior to starting a fitness program. Click here to download a copy of the questionnaire.

Participants are advised to consult with a doctor before starting any fitness program.

  • Good Friday & Easter Sunday
  • Victoria Day (May)
  • Canada Day (July 1)
  • Civic Holiday (Aug.)
  • Labour Day (Sept.)
  • Thanksgiving (Oct.)
  • Christmas Day (Dec. 25)
