So here I am in my 50th year and the question becomes, “What are you going to do when you retire, Nadia?” My answer is not a typical one. I’m in my 10th year of my Fitness that Fits studio – I’m already doing what I want to do when I retire. I’m so excited to continue sharing my passion for health and fitness at a brand-new location, renovated to reflect my desire for the finer things in life! Attention to detail is important to me. Fitness that Fits (FTF) is a studio for wellness and inspiration, allowing us to be connected to each other for motivation and enrichment of life. What I teach and how I relate to my clients comes from the heart. The memory of my heart attack four years ago slowly fades, but my desire to be strong and fit for life will never end! I’m honoured to meet you, and look forward to shaping a “fit” way of life for you!
